Focus Group

At the British College of Osteopathic Medicine we recognize that we have formed a partnership with the community and our patients.

We are keen to give patients a voice in planning and developing our services to the community.

In the first instance patients may fill in a questionnaire to help us gain an insight into your perception of our provision, and therby monitor the quality of the service we offer.

In addition periodically a BCOM patient group meets, chaired by the clinical co-ordinator to discuss ideas and opinions regarding our clinical provision and administrative procedures in so far as they impinge on patients.
