Facilities & Resources
The Clinic has endeavoured to continually upgrade the resources and facilities available. A rolling program of refurbishment and redecoration ensures that the clinic environment is maintained at a high standard. In addition the College has for some time maintained a computerised booking and patient tracking system which has recently been upgraded to ensure maximum efficiently and reduced waiting times.
At Frazer House all clinic rooms are equipped with hydraulic plinths and X-ray viewing boxes. The Clinic reception area provides a warm and welcoming environment for patients, students and staff.
The College and its associated clinics is a registered charity, receiving no government funding. As such it has to be prudent with the management of resources, but the clinical environment, and patient experience as a result, is given high priority.
In addition to the Frazer House site the College currently maintains a satellite clinic At the Soho Community Hospital in Frith Street, London. We are continually seeking to improve our resources and as a result sites for additional satellite clinics are currently being evaluated for suitability.
The Clinic is able to conduct, in house, certain diagnostic and investigative procedures. When it is felt appropriate to conduct further clinical tests and investigations, this will occur via two potential routes; In the first instance, and only if agreed, the patients general practitioner is contacted and advised of the need for further testing.
If for any reason this is not possible or suitable in the second instance the patient may be referred to a private laboratory or imaging centre.
